The hotel had quiet and comfortable rooms with efficient facilities, spotlessly clean, and always promptly serviced. The service was professional, polite, and helpful. The location was excellent for accessing central Tokyo but not so convenient for JR trains. The dining options were varied but became monotonous over a longer stay. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory overall.
